4. Social account data (TikTok & Instagram)
If an influencer chooses to link a social account, we retrieve the following public information with their consent:
- TikTok (via TikTok Login Kit): basic account information (account identifier, display name, avatar), public profile (username, profile URL, biography, verification status), and public statistics (follower count, following count, likes, video count).
- Instagram (via Instagram Business Login): public username, follower count, and profile picture.
This information is shown on the influencer's Lift profile and used to verify their reach for campaign matching. We do not post to TikTok or Instagram, modify either account, access private data, or sell social account data. Linking is optional and can be disconnected at any time in the App.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except when required by law or with the service providers operating the App:

6. Retention
- Account data: deleted within 30 days of a deletion request
- Chat messages: deleted on account deletion
- Usage logs: up to 2 years
- Records subject to statutory retention: per applicable law
7. Your rights
You may exercise rights to access, rectify, delete, and restrict processing of your personal information. Account deletion is available in-app under "Profile → Delete Account".
8. Children
The App is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly register users under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.

3. 利用目的
- 本アプリのサービス提供（マッチング、キャンペーン参加、店舗との連絡）
- ユーザー認証（電話番号によるOTP認証）
- カスタマーサポート
- サービスの改善、品質向上、不正利用防止
- 法令に基づく対応
4. SNSアカウントのデータ（TikTok・Instagram）
インフルエンサーがSNSアカウントを連携した場合、当社は本人の同意のうえで以下の公開情報を取得します。
- TikTok（TikTok Login Kit 経由）: 基本アカウント情報（アカウント識別子・表示名・アバター）、公開プロフィール（ユーザー名・プロフィールURL・自己紹介・認証状態）、公開統計（フォロワー数・フォロー数・いいね数・動画数）。
- Instagram（Instagram Business Login 経由）: 公開のユーザー名・フォロワー数・プロフィール画像。
これらは本人のLiftプロフィールに表示され、案件マッチングのためのリーチ確認に利用されます。当社はTikTok・Instagramへの投稿やアカウントの変更、非公開データへのアクセス、SNSデータの販売を行いません。連携は任意で、アプリ内でいつでも解除できます。
5. 第三者提供
当社は、ユーザーの同意なしに個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、法令に基づく場合、または本アプリの運営に必要な以下の事業者への委託を除きます。

6. データ保存期間
- アカウント情報: 退会から30日以内に削除
- チャットメッセージ: 退会時に削除
- 利用ログ: 取得から最大2年間
- 法令に基づく保管義務がある場合はその期間
7. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは、アクセス・訂正・削除・利用停止の権利を行使できます。アカウント削除はアプリ内「プロフィール → アカウント削除」より申請できます。
8. 子どもの利用
本アプリは18歳以上を対象としており、18歳未満のユーザー登録を想定していません。
9. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更はアプリ内通知またはメールでお知らせします。
