Lift Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Lift" mobile application ("Service") operated by 株式会社中小企業のチカラ (SMES CHIKARA, INC.) ("we", "us").
2. Registration
Users must agree to these Terms and register through our designated method. We may refuse registration if the user:
- Is under 18 years of age
- Has previously been suspended for violation
- Provides false information
3. Account management
Users manage their own phone number and account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized third-party use.
4. Prohibited conduct
Users shall not:
- Violate laws or public order
- Engage in criminal activity
- Infringe IP rights, portrait rights, or rights of us, other users, or third parties
- Harass or defame other users
- Submit false information
- Place excessive load on our systems
- Engage in unauthorized access or reverse engineering
- Engage in conduct we deem inappropriate
5. User content
Rights in user-submitted content (photos, videos, text) remain with the user. We may use such content to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Service. We may remove violating content without notice.
6. Suspension
We may interrupt or suspend the Service without notice for system maintenance, force majeure, or other operational necessity.
7. Account deletion
Users may delete their account at any time. Data is purged within 30 days of a deletion request.
8. Disclaimer
We do not warrant completeness, accuracy, or fitness. We are not liable for disputes between users. Our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Changes
We may amend these Terms; amended Terms take effect upon in-app posting.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered address.

第1条 適用
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社中小企業のチカラ（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「Lift」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
第2条 利用登録
利用希望者は本規約に同意のうえ、当社所定の方法で利用登録を行うものとします。当社は、以下の場合に登録を拒否することがあります。
- 利用者が18歳未満である場合
- 過去に本規約違反により利用停止されたことがある場合
- 虚偽の情報が含まれる場合
第3条 アカウント管理
利用者は、登録した電話番号およびアカウント情報を自己の責任で管理するものとします。第三者による不正利用について、当社は責任を負いません。
第4条 禁止事項
利用者は、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 犯罪行為に関連する行為
- 当社、他の利用者、第三者の知的財産権、肖像権等を侵害する行為
- 他の利用者への嫌がらせ、誹謗中傷
- 虚偽の情報の登録
- 本サービスのシステムに過度な負荷をかける行為
- 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、その他類似の行為
- その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
第5条 投稿コンテンツ
利用者が投稿したコンテンツ（写真、動画、テキスト等）の権利は利用者に帰属します。ただし、当社は本サービスの提供および改善のため、当該コンテンツを必要な範囲で利用できるものとします。当社は、規約違反のコンテンツを予告なく削除する場合があります。
第6条 本サービスの中断・停止
当社は、システムメンテナンス、天災等の不可抗力、その他必要と判断した場合、予告なく本サービスを中断・停止できるものとします。
第7条 退会
利用者はいつでも本サービスから退会できます。退会後、原則として30日以内にデータを削除します。
第8条 免責事項
当社は、本サービスの完全性、正確性、有用性を保証しません。利用者間のトラブルについて当社は責任を負いません。当社の責任は、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、直接かつ通常の損害の範囲に限られます。
第9条 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本サービス内での掲示時から効力を生じます。
第10条 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本の法令に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
